We have a significant advantage over other investment firms because we started out as a construction business. The construction process of any real estate deal is where most struggle or even fail. Going over budget, missing big issues at the initial walk through, over improving or under improving are just a few of the ways a deal can quickly go south. Dealing with contractors is a major challenge in and of its self. We take all of those pitfalls and turn them into profits by handling the entire process in-house.

Our Process

 

The BRRRR Method:

Step 1.) Buy. We'll find a deal that meets your criteria, secure financing through either your own cash and/or private lender and/or hard money lender, and buy the property.

Step 2.) Remodel/Rehab. Once we have closed on the property
